I was overjoyed when I discovered that Hulu had posted next week's episode of 30 Rock a week early.  If this pilot is any indication, season 3 will be keeping up the show's high standards.

I won't give away too much, but the episode is centered on an adoption agent (Megan Mullally) coming to TGS to evaluate Liz for an adoption.  Hilarity ensues. 

I'm actually a little bit pissed at NBC for putting the episode online a week early, though.  As much as I liked the fact that I was able to watch it now, I can't imagine it will help the ratings much.  A lot of fans, such as myself, will now have already seen it by Thursday.  But hey, I don't know, maybe it's bringing new fans in.
